Our set up and training program involves a meeting with your bookkeeper to fill out forms, getting to know your business and design processes to submit information. We will remotely set up all systems with you.

  • 15-minute meeting to review goals of the application for your business and its use case
  • Set up all aspects integration of Hubdoc with your Quickbooks Online file
  • Set up company file and 1-15 products/services in Quickbooks Online file
  • Set up shared Dropbox account
  • Set up Plooto account for sending and receiving payments
  • Set up Tsheets account (payroll clients only if applicable)
  • Set up Teamview for remote support
  • Set up bank feeds into Quickbooks Online and Hubdoc
  • Set up vendor feeds and receipt/invoice forwarding email
  • 15-minutes of training with your team submitting expense receipts via email forwarding and mobile app; recording sales, returns, and exchanges
  • Set up GST, HST, PST and payroll accounts (if applicable)
  • Set up My Business account with CRA
  • Set up authorizations for CRA and provincial governments (where applicable)
  • * Set up WSIB or WCB (where applicable)
