Our set up and training program involves a meeting with your bookkeeper to fill out forms, getting to know your business and design processes to submit information. We will remotely set up all systems with you.
- 15-minute meeting to review goals of the application for your business and its use case
- Set up all aspects integration of Hubdoc with your Quickbooks Online file
- Set up company file and 1-15 products/services in Quickbooks Online file
- Set up shared Dropbox account
- Set up Plooto account for sending and receiving payments
- Set up Tsheets account (payroll clients only if applicable)
- Set up Teamview for remote support
- Set up bank feeds into Quickbooks Online and Hubdoc
- Set up vendor feeds and receipt/invoice forwarding email
- 15-minutes of training with your team submitting expense receipts via email forwarding and mobile app; recording sales, returns, and exchanges
- Set up GST, HST, PST and payroll accounts (if applicable)
- Set up My Business account with CRA
- Set up authorizations for CRA and provincial governments (where applicable)
